鲟龙骨胶囊对大鼠骨密度的影响

摘  要:目的考察鲟龙骨胶囊增加大鼠骨密度的作用。方法雄性SD大鼠按体质量随机分为鲟龙骨胶囊低、中、高剂量组(0.25、0.5、1.0 g·kg^(-1),相当于人体推荐剂量的5、10、20倍。测定饲料中钙含量为1929、2197、3018 mg·kg^(-1)),相应剂量碳酸钙对照组(低、中、高剂量组饲料钙含量分别为1888、2215、3100 mg·kg^(-1)),以及低钙对照组(饲料钙含量为1484mg·kg^(-1))。将鲟龙骨胶囊或碳酸钙按比例掺入饲料中饲喂大鼠13周,测定股骨长度和质量,股骨钙含量和股骨骨密度。结果高剂量鲟龙骨组和相应剂量碳酸钙组大鼠股骨质量高于低钙对照组;中、高剂量鲟龙骨组和相应高剂量碳酸钙对照组大鼠股骨钙含量,股骨远心端和中点骨密度高于低钙对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在钙含量相同情况下,中剂量鲟龙骨组大鼠股骨钙含量和股骨远心端骨密度高于相应剂量碳酸钙对照组;中、高剂量鲟龙骨组股骨中点骨密度高于相应剂量碳酸钙对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鲟龙骨胶囊具有增加骨密度的作用,其效果优于碳酸钙。Objective To investigate the effects of Xun Longgu capsules on bone mineral density of rats.Methods SD male rats were equally divided into low-,middle- and high-dosage Xun Longgu groups( 0. 25,0. 5,1. 0 g·kg-1; 1929,2197,3018 mg of cakium in perkilogram of feed),low-,middle-and high-dosage calcium carbonate( CC) groups( 1888,2215 and 3100 mg of calcium in per kilogram of feed,respectively),and low calcium( LC) control group( 1484 mg of calcium in per kilogram of feed). After rats were fed with feedstuff containing Xun Longgu or CC for 13 weeks,the length,weight,calcium content and bone mineral density( BMD) of femoral bone were measured in each group. Results The weight of the femoral bone in high-dosage Xun Longgu group and CC control group was far above that of LC group( P 〈 0. 05). The calcium content and BMD of the femoral bone in middle- and high-dosage Xun Longgu groups and high-dosage CC control group were higher than in LC group( P 〈 0. 05). In addition,with the feedstuff at the same calcium content,the calcium content and BMD of the distal part of the femoral bone in middle-dosage Xun Longgu group were higher than in the corresponding CC control group( P 〈 0. 05). BMD of the middle point of the femoral bone in middle- and high-dosage Xun Longgu groups was higher than in the corresponding CC control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Xun Longgu can help enhance animal bone mineral density and is more effective than CC.
