关于研究超声对阔韧带肌瘤诊断的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:关于评价阔韧带肌瘤诊断在超声检查中的临床分析价值。方法:采用计算几个评价指标的数值对超声检查诊断阔韧带肌瘤,判断其在临床方面所显现出来的价值,将对170例阔韧带肌瘤术后患者的病理诊断及超声特性给予临床分析。结果:判断阔韧带肌瘤在超声诊断方面有以下几方面的因素,漏诊率87.74%、敏感度11.25%、误诊率0.31%、特异度98.95%、阳性预测值49.97%、阴性预测值98.76%。超声显现阔韧带肌瘤有子宫旁囊实混合性包块或实性包块。结论:影像超声学将是诊断阔韧带肌瘤的首选方法。Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of broad ligament myoma.Methods：The numerical calculation of several evaluation indexes of ultrasound was adopted in the diagnosis of broad ligament myoma,and judged the clinical value.The postoperative pathological diagnosis and ultrasound characteristics of 170 cases patients with broad ligament myoma were clinically analyzed.Results：The diagnosis of broad ligament myoma had the following factors：the rate of missed diagnosis was 87.74%,the sensitivity was 11.25%,the misdiagnosis rate was 0.31%,the specificity was 98.95%,the positive predictive value was 49.97%,and the negative predictive value was 98.76%.Ultrasound revealed that broad ligament myoma had uterine side cystic solid mixed mass or solid mass.Conclusion：Ultrasound will be the first choice in the diagnosis of broad ligament myoma.
