MTAD协同次氯酸钠对根管内生物膜杀菌效果的体外实验

摘  要:目的比较MTAD协同不同浓度的NaOCl对根管生物膜的体外实验的杀菌效果。方法自临床选择15例患有慢性根尖周病患者根管进行细菌采样,用于培养混合细菌生物膜。140个根尖样本分为7组分别使用5.25%NaOCl、2.5%NaOCl、1%NaOCl/MTAD、2.5%NaOCl/MTAD以及MTAD,PBS溶液处理15min。结果在扫描电镜下,观察到5.25%NaOCl和MTAD/2.5%NaOCl,MTAD/1%NaOCl能够破坏和去除生物膜,2.5%NaOCl,1%NaOCl可以破坏生物膜,但是依然有细菌生长,MTAD无法完全破坏生物膜。5.25%NaOCl以及MTAD/2.5%NaOCl处理后无细菌生长,且处理后根管内生物膜无法形成再感染。结论 MTAD协同2.5%NaOCl能够达到高浓度NaOCl相同的效果。Objective To evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of different concentrations of NaOCl accompanied with MTAD. Methods The bacteria used for biofilm formation was selected from a total of 15 single-rooted teeth with chronic apical periodontitis. The multi-species-biofilm root canal samples were then treated with 5.25% NaOCl, 2.5%NaOCl, 1% NaOCl/MTAD, 2.5% NaOCl/MTAD, MTAD and PBS. Results SEM analysis showed 5.25% NaOCl, MTAD/2.5% NaOCl, MTAD/ 1% NaOCl group were able to disrupt and remove the biofilm; 2.5% NaOCl and 1% NaOCl group had the ability to disrupt the biofilm, but bacteria still could be observed; Viable bacteria could not be recovered when exposed to 5.25% NaOCl and MTAD/2.5% NaOCl irrigation. Conclusion The application of MTAD could reach the same antimicrobial efficacy as 5.25% NaOCl.
