摘　　要：组织情境式护理实习生技能竞赛,在竞赛中通过设定不同临床情境,使用标准化病人,设置护理安全陷阱、引入客观结构化临床考试模式、采用站点式与赛道式相结合的竞赛形式来达到"以赛促学、以赛促教"的目的,着力于培养学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的综合能力及人际沟通能力和团队协作精神。In order to improve nursing students＇ comprehensive ability to detect,analyze and resolve problems,communication competence and teamwork spirit,simulated situational skills competition was organized in practice nursing students to achieve the purpose of ＂to race to promote learning and teaching＂. The measures included designing different clinical situations,applying standardized patients,setting nursing safety traps,introducing objective structured clinical examination mode and adopting compound competition pattern of site type and track type.
