超声冲洗联合不同根管冲洗液在一次性根管治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察超声冲洗下不同根管冲洗液在一次性根管治疗中的疗效。方法对390颗患牙随机分为三组,对三组的根管充填后1 d、3 d、7 d自发性疼痛的程度及根管治疗期间急症(EIE)效果进行比较。结果根管充填后1 d:EIE的发生率A组为5.4%、B组为13.8%、C组为13.1%,;根管充填后3 d:EIE的发生率A组为0.8%、B组为5.4%、C组为4.6%;根管充填后7 d:EIE的发生率A组为0、B组为2.3%、C组为1.5%,EIE发生的高峰期在根管充填后24 h内,1 d、3 d、7 d复诊时EIE发生率均呈下降趋势。结论超声冲洗联合0.2%葡萄糖酸氯己定溶液和2.5%次氯酸钠溶液对一次性根管治疗期间急症有很好的临床疗效,0.2%葡萄糖酸氯己定溶液应用于一次性根管治疗临床应用价值较高。Objective To compare the effect of different irrigation solutions in Onevisit Root Canal Therapy. Methods 390 ill teeth were randomly assigned to three groups. The spontaneous pain degree and the incidence of EIE effect in one day,three days,seven days after therapy were evaluated. Results After 1 day of the root canal filling,incidence of EIE of group A was 5. 4%,B group was 13. 8%,and C group was 13. 1%. After 3 days of the root canal filling,incidence of EIE in group A was 0. 8%,B group was 5. 4%,and group C was 4. 6%. After 7 days of the root canal filling,incidence of EIE in group A was 0,group B was 2. 3%,and group C was 1. 5%. The peak of incidence EIE was within 24 h after root canal filling. In 1 d,3 d,7 d visit,EIE rates were falling. Conclusion Ultrasonic flush joint 0. 2% Chlorhexidine digluconate and 2. 5% sodium hypochlorite can be used effectively for treatment in EIE by one- visit root canal therapy. 0. 2% Chlorhexidine digluconate can be used in one- visit root canal therapy,and it has a better effective value.
