广水市高中生麻疹、脊髓灰质炎和流行性乙型脑炎抗体水平监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解广水辖区内高中生麻疹、脊髓灰质炎（简称脊灰）、流行性乙型脑炎（简称乙脑）免疫效果抗体水平,为全市制定免疫防控策略提供科学依据。方法对全市所辖3所高中16～18岁组的8 504名高中生,采用酶联免疫吸附试验进行麻疹、脊灰及乙脑Ig G抗体检测。结果广水市16～18岁组的健康高中生麻疹抗体、脊灰抗体、乙脑抗体阳性率分别为92.2%、88.4%、86.1%。3种抗体保护水平均达到了85%以上;不同年龄组麻疹抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=17.52,P〈0.05）、脊灰抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=17.52,P〈0.05）,不同年龄组乙脑抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义（χ^2=1.11,P〉0.05）;不同性别的麻疹抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0.85,P〉0.05）、脊灰抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0.529,P〉0.05）、乙型脑炎抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0.397,P〉0.05）。结论广水市16～18岁组健康高中生麻疹、脊灰、乙脑抗体阳性率达到抵御相应疾病的水平,但脊灰、乙脑抗体阳性率有待提高,应继续加强监测工作,根据监测结果进行应急补种工作。Objective To determine the antibody levels of measles,polio,encephalitis among healthy senior high school students in Guangshui of Hubei province for Providing the scientific basis of the immune prevention,control strategy for the city.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays（ELISA） were used to detect the antibody levels of Three Sorts of Vaccine among eight thousand five hundred and four healthy students aged 16 ～ 18 year.Results The positive rates of antibody of measles,polio,encephalitis were 92.2%,88.4%,86.1% among healthy senior high school students aged 16 ～ 18 years in Guangshui.The antibody protection levels of three kinds all have reached more than 85%;the rates of positive of antibody of measles,polio among different ages had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;the rates of positive of antibody of encephalitis among different ages had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）;the rates of positive of antibody of Three-Sorts-of-Vaccine between different gender had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The antibody levels of measles,polio,encephalitis reached protection among healthy senior high school students aged 16 ～ 18 years in Guangshui,but the antibody level of polio,encephalitis were need to be strengthened.It should continue to strengthen the monitoring work and emergency seeding work.
