摘 要:基于首钢京唐高炉的生产情况,对炉渣的脱硫性能进行了研究。通过配制不同成分的合成渣样以及不同硫含量的铁样,进行了炉渣黏度试验和脱硫试验,研究了温度以及不同成分对炉渣脱硫能力的影响。结果表明:高温有利于改善炉渣的脱硫能力;炉渣碱度升高,炉渣的脱硫能力增强;当炉渣Al2O3含量增加时可以适当提高Mg O含量以改善炉渣的脱硫能力。对比了不同硫负荷条件下硫在渣铁间的分配情况,硫负荷越低,铁水中硫含量越低。高炉生产应严格控制入炉硫负荷,使入炉硫量尽可能减少,有利于生产低硫铁水。Based on the production situation of Shougang Jingtang United Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the desulfurization properties of blast furnace slag were studied.The slag viscosity experiment and desulfurization experiment were carried out by preparing synthetic slag with different compositions and iron samples with different sulfur contents,and the influence of temperature and different compositions on the desulfurization capacity of slag was investigated.The results showed that the desulfurization capacity of slag was improved with the increase of temperature and basicity.The MgO content of slag could be appropriately increased to improve the desulfurization capacity of the slag when the content of Al2O3 in slag was increased.The distribution of sulfur in slag and iron under different sulfur burden conditions was compared.The sulfur content of iron was lower in the low sulfur burden condition.The sulfur burden of blast furnace should be strictly controlled to reduce the sulfur in the blast furnace as far as possible,so as to promote the production of low sulfur hot metal.
