摘 要:目的:观察根管治疗过程中上颌第二磨牙的根管系统及根管数目的研究。方法:选择需根管治疗的上颌第二磨牙118颗,术前拍摄X线根尖片,并在术中使用牙科根管显微镜及小号K锉探查并扩通根管,确定根管数目及根管分型。运用ProTaper镍钛锉进行根管预备,垂直加压技术充填根管。结果:118颗上颌第二磨牙中单根管牙3个,双根管牙9个,三根管牙74个,四根管牙32个。结论:上颌第二磨牙根管系统复杂,根管治疗中可以借助牙科根管显微镜判断其根管数目。Objective: To investigate canal systems in maxillary second molars during root canal treatment,especially the number of canals. Methods: One hundred and eighteen maxillary second molars requiring root canal treatment were selectedin vivo. After the radiograph was taken,root canals were explored with small size K file aided by a dental operating microscope. Then numbers and types of canals in teeth were recorded. Canals in all cases were instrumented by Ni-Ti rotary ProTaper instruments,and obturated with the vertical condensation technique. Results: The number of teeth with one canal was 3. The number with two canals was 9. The number with three canals was 74. And the number with four canals was 32. Conclusion: Canal systems in maxillary second molars are complex. We should use a dental operating microscope to identify canals in a maxillary second molar.
