摘 要:针对航天零件加工精度要求高,加工过程中材料去除量大,加工效率低等特点。选取了一种阀门壳体类新型航天整体结构零件加工为研究对象,利用VERICUT软件对数控加工程序进行优化,重点对走刀速度进行动态优化。工件粗加工阶段采用恒体积去除优化方式,精加工阶段采用等切削厚优化方式。实现了切削过程中走刀速度随着切削体积、切削厚度的改变而实时改变。最后对优化程序进行了实验验证,实验结果表明优化程序后加工的工件完全满足加工要求,且加工效率提高了29.71%。为提高阀门壳体工件加工效率提供了一种有效的优化方法。In view of the high processing requirements of aerospace parts, the large removal amount of material, and the low efficiency of processing, a new aerospace integral structure part of valve housing is selected as the research object, and the VERICUT software is used to optimize the NC machining program, especially the dynamic optimization of the feedrate. The optimization method of constant volume cutting is adopted in the rough machining stage and the equal thickness in the finishing stage. It has achieved the feedrate's real -time change as the cutting volume and thickness change in the cutting process. At last, the optimization program is verified by experiments. The results show that the parts processed by the optimized process can fully meet the processing requirements, and the processing efficiency is improved by 29.71%. An effective optimization method to improve the machining efficiency of the valve housing parts is provided.
