摘 要:目的:观察血清胸苷激酶1(TK1)在乳腺癌患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用CIS-1型印迹免疫-增强发光系统分别检测42例初治乳腺癌患者、50名健康体检者的血清TK1水平;分析乳腺癌患者TK1水平与临床病理资料相关性。结果乳腺癌患者血清TK1水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TK1表达与患者的年龄、ER、PR水平无明显相关性;与临床分期、HER-2水平相关。Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者的TK1含量明显高于Ⅱ期患者,HER-2阳性患者明显高于HER-2阴性患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清TK-1可为乳腺癌早期诊断、分期判断及预后分析提供重要临床价值。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical signiifcance of the serum thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) levels in the breast cancer.MethodsCIS-1 immune blot enhanced chemiluminescence detection system was used to detect serum TK1 levels in 42 breast cancer patients and 50 healthy controls. The relationship of serum TK1 levels with clinicopathological features was analyzed.ResultsThe serum TK-1 concentrations of breast cancer patients were significantly higher than those of the controls (P〈0.05). The serum TK-1 concentrations were correlated with clinical staging and expression of HER-2, but not with other factors, such as age and expression of ER and PR.ConclusionSerum TK-1 can provide important value for early prognosis and prognostic analysis of breast cancer.
