摘 要:目的:建立近红外特征谱段相关系数法快速筛查减肥产品中是否添加盐酸西布曲明。方法:采用近红外光谱仪的光纤探头采集光谱,以盐酸西布曲明对照品的近红外光谱为参照光谱,运用导数、平滑等图谱处理技术,确定特征谱段、阈值等参数,建立盐酸西布曲明检测模型。结果:选定6010~5900 cm^(-1)、4680~4480 cm^(-1)为特征谱段,阈值设为29%,对35批样品进行检测,准确率达94.3%。结论:该近红外特征谱段相关系数法模型检测速度快、成本低,可用于筛查减肥产品中是否添加盐酸西布曲明。Objective: To establish a near infrared spectroscopy for rapid detection of illegal addition of sibutramine hydrochloride in weight loss products. Methods: The spectra were collected by means of the fiber probe of a near infrared spectroradiometer. The reference spectra were set up in accordance with the spectra of certified sibutramine hydrochloride. All the spectra were preprocessed by derivative with smoothing points. The characteristic spectral band was chosen and the threshold was set to establish a model for the detection of sibutramine hydrochloride. Results: The spectral ranges of 6010-5900 cm-1 and 4680-4480 cm-1 were chosen as the characteristic spectral bands, and 29% was set as the threshold. Totally 35 batches of samples were tested to validate the model, and the accuracy was 94.3%. Conclusion: The method is fast and inexpensive, which can be used in the detection of addition of sibutramine hydrochloride in weight loss products.
