摘  要:目的探讨红花黄色素对中重度急性一氧化碳中毒患者心肌损伤的治疗作用。方法将急性一氧化碳中毒患者122例随机分为红花黄色素治疗组61例和对照组61例,比较两组心力衰竭发生率、心电图sT-T改变率,监测接诊后0h、6h、1d、3d及12d时血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、脑钠肽(N-proBNP)及心电图进行比较。结果红花黄色素治疗组心衰发生率、心电图sT-T改变率、心律失常发生率均明显低于对照组,住院时间明显缩短,cTnI、CK-MB及心衰标志物NT-proBNP的水平也明显低于对照组。无明显毒副反应。结论红花黄色素能有效减轻急性一氧化碳中毒患者心肌损伤的程度,改善心功能,减少心律失常的发生。Objective Explore the effect of safflower yellow pigment application in treating myocardial injury caused by acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACOP). Methods A total of 122 cases of acute carbon monoxide poisoning patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group (n=61) of which the patients were only given the conventional treatment and treatment group (n=61) of which the patients were given the safflower yellow pigment application on top of the conventional treatment. A comparison was made between the two groups on the following indexes: incidence of heart failure, electrocardiogram (ECG) ST-T changes, readings of serum cardiac troponin I (cTnI), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), brain natriuretic peptide (N-proBNP) and ecg at the point of O-hour, 6-hour, 1-day, 3-day and 12-day after the admission. Results It revealed that heart failure, ECG ST-T changes, incidence of arrhythmia of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group with no adverse reaction found. Conclusion Safflower yellow pigment may effectively reduce acute carbon monoxide poisoning patients' myocardial injury and occurrence of arrhythmia, and improve cardiac function.
