摘 要:[目的/意义]知识共享是知识管理的重要环节,探究团队知识共享结构对团队绩效的影响,有助于提高知识共享实际效果,改善团队绩效。[方法/过程]采用问卷调查方法,以68名主管和631名员工的配对数据为样本,运用社会网络方法建构团队知识共享网络,并运用结构方程模型对知识共享结构、团队情绪、团队绩效之间的关系进行了检验。[结果/结论]实证结果表明,团队知识贡献密度、知识搜集密度正面影响团队绩效,知识贡献集中度、知识搜集集中度负面影响团队绩效,团队积极情绪在知识贡献密度、知识贡献集中度、知识搜集集中度对团队绩效的影响中起到部分中介作用。验证了知识共享结构问题对团队绩效的影响,对团队进行有效知识管理具有一定借鉴意义。[ Purpose/Significance ] Knowledge sharing is the hub of knowledge management. Exploring the influence of team knowledgesharing structure characteristics on team performance is helpful to advance the effect of knowledge sharing and improve the team perform-ance. [ Method/Process] Based on survey data from 68 supervisors and 631 employees, this paper uses the social network method to con-struct team knowledge sharing networks and then applies structural equation model to examine the relationships among knowledge sharingstructures, team emotion and team performance. [ Result/Conclusion] Empirical results indicate that both of knowledge donating densityand knowledge collecting density have positire impact on team performance, while both of knowledge donating centralization and knowl-edge collecting centralization have negative impact on team performance, and the team positive emotion plays a partial mediating role dur-ing those relationships excepting the relation between knowledge collecting density and team performance. This study shows that knowl-edge sharing structure problems have a significant influence on team performance and the research findings may be beneficial for knowledgemanagement.
