摘　　要：肾和脑在结构联系、物质基础及功能属性等方面皆存在密切的关联,从基础和临床多个角度探讨肾与脑的相关性,不仅能够揭示肾病与脑病的发病机理与相互影响,而且能够为预防和治疗提供新的靶点和途径,同时也为目前广泛指导中医临床的"肾脑相关"理论提供科学依据。Kidney and brain have close correction in structure contact,material basis and function property. In this article,the correlation between kidney and brain is discussed from various aspects in basic and clinical medicine.Exploration of the correlation between kidney and brain will help to reveal the pathogenesis and interaction between kidney diseases and brain diseases,provide new target and pathway for prevention and treatment,and also provide scientific evidence for the ＂kidney and brain correlation＂theory,which is the prevailing guidance in Chinese medicine clinic.
