摘  要:近视的发生发展受到环境因素的影响。户外活动被证实可减少近视的发生,且该保护作用与较高的光强度相关;提高光强度抑制了动物的实验性近视,而视网膜多巴胺系统在其中发挥重要作用,瞳孔收缩和角膜变平可能也参与其中。本文总结了近年来对光强度与近视关系的临床研究、动物实验及其机制方面的研究成果,为进一步探究近视发生发展机制及防治策略提供参考。The onset and development of myopia is affected by the environmental factors. Outdoor activities have protective effects against myopia, which is associated with higher light levels. High ambient lighting retards the onset of experimental myopia in various animals, and the dopamine system in the retina may play a critical role in it. Besides,pupil constriction and corneal flattening may also be implicated in it. Recent studies on the relationship between light levels and myopia in clinical researches, animal experiments and underlying mechanisms are reviewed, which would be helpful to fur- ther researches on the mechanisms and prevention of the onset and development of my- opia.
