摘 要:为实现对缸套-活塞环摩擦磨损状况的实时监测和对缺陷、故障的诊断,以缸套-活塞环往复试验机为研究对象,基于声发射技术,研究缸套-活塞环单周期内声发射信号特征参数值随曲柄转角的变化关系,进而对声发射信号特征进行分析。研究结果表明:缸套-活塞环单循环周期内的声发射信号成"双驼峰"形变化,上下止点位置信号强度最弱,运动行程中点附近声发射信号最强;随着转速增加,声发射特征参数RMS和绝对能量逐渐增加,在上、下止点附近增幅较小,在行程中点附近增幅较大;随着载荷的增加,在低速时RMS和绝对能量呈现出增大的趋势,但增幅逐渐减小,在高速时RMS和绝对能量呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势。To achieve the real-time monitoring of wear condition and the diagnosis of cylinder and piston ring defects, taking the cylinder and piston ring reciprocating machine as the research object, the acoustic emission signal characteristic parameters along with the change of crank angle in one cycle between cylinder and piston ring were studied based on acoustic emission technology,and the friction characteristic signals were analyzed.Results show that acoustic emission sig- nals of cylinder and piston ring in one cycle change as a ' double hump' shape,The strength of acoustic emission signal at top dead centre(TDC)and bottom dead center(BDC) is the weakest,and it is the strongest around the midpoint of stroke. With the increase of rotational speed, acoustic emission characteristic parameters RMS and absolute energy are increased gradually, the increasement is smaller near the TDC and BDC, and bigger near the midpoint. Along with the increase of load, at low speeds, RMS and absolute energy present the trend of ascend, but the increasement is decreased gradually; while at high speed, RMS and absolute energy present the change trend of first increases and then decrease.
