摘　　要：乡镇撤并过程中,不少依附于乡镇行政职能形成与发展的乡、镇政府所在地,失去了重要的支撑功能,脱离了镇一级财政支撑的老镇区各行各业均出现不同程度的退化现象。通过研究苏南地区被撤并老镇区的发展现状,剖析其共同问题,分析苏南老镇区的发展制约因素,并结合新型城镇化发展要求,从土地、产业、公共服务设施和人居环境等方面,有针对性地提出振兴策略,促进老镇区永续发展。During the township merging, a lot of township government seats developed. Through the township administrative functions attached. They have lost their important supporting functions. Those old towns showed various degrees of degeneration when they were out of town level financial support. Through researching the current situation of the development of the merged old town in South of Jiangsu region, the paper analyzes the common problems and restriction factors of old towns＇ development. It also combines with the development of the new urbanization and puts forward to revitalize the strategy from aspects of the land, industry, public service facilities and living environment and so on, to promote the sustainable development of the old town.
