摘 要:利用超声波辅助甲醇提取山豆根粉末得到甲醇提取物;以3种三七病原真菌为靶标菌,采用菌丝生长法和肉汤稀释法,测定其抑菌活性。结果表明,该提取物得率为10.34%;其对3种病原真菌的EC_(50)、EC_(90)、EC_(95)分别为0.793~1.214mg/mL、6.046~6.432mg/mL、9.61~11.643mg/mL,约为阳性对照的2至8倍;其对3种病原真菌生长的最小抑菌浓度均为2.5mg/mL,为阳性对照的5至10倍。山豆根甲醇提取物对3种三七病原真菌均有强的抑菌活性,具有较大的开发应用潜力。The powdered roots of Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep were extracted with methanol combined with ultrasonication to afford methanol extracts; The in vitro antagonistic activity of methanol extracts from the root of S. tonkinensis against three pathogens of Panax notoginseng was tested using mycelial growth method and broth microdilution method. The results showed that the yield of methanol extracts from the root of S. tonkinensis was 10.34%; The concentrations of methanol extracts against three pathogens ofP. notoginseng for EC50 in the range of 0.793 to 1.214 mg/mL, for ECg0 in the range of 6.046 to 6.432 mg/mL and for EC95 in the range of 9.61 to 11.643 mg/mL, was approximately two to eight times higher than that of positive control; The minimal inhibitory concentration values of methanol extracts against three pathogens were five to ten times higher than that of positive control. The methanol extracts from the root of S. tonkinensis has strongly antifungal activity against three pathogens ofP. notoginseng. It should be an interesting resource for the exploration and utilization.
