摘　　要：大学本体是大学存在的根本,厘清大学本体的内涵、构成要素和属性,是理性认识大学的重要基础。目前,学界对大学本体的认识存在歧义,本质与本体往往混淆。大学本体作为客观实在,是由教师、学生、课程、专业和学科等5个要素构成的一个复杂体系,具有学术属性、文化属性和开放属性等本质属性。围绕大学本体思考大学内部资源配置问题,可为大学教育管理实践的创新提供了一种新的路径。University ontology is the root of the existence of the university,to clarify the connotation,the elements and the attributes of the university ontology is an important basis for rational understanding of the university. At present,the understanding of the university ontology is ambiguous in academia,the concepts of ＂essence＂and＂noumenon＂are confused. The university ontology as an objective reality,which is composed of five elements,such as teachers,students,courses,majors and subjects,with academic,cultural and open nature of the essential attributes. In university,around the university ontology to thind of the resources disposition,which can provide a new way for the innovation of university education management practice.
