神经炎症与神经退行性疾病的关系及中药调控作用研究进展

摘　　要：神经炎症贯穿神经退行性疾病的整个发病过程,在正常的生理状态下,神经炎症有助于神经系统损伤的修复,而当炎症反应过度时则会造成细胞的损伤,加速神经退行性疾病的恶化。对神经炎症与神经退行性疾病的关系、神经炎症影响神经退行性疾病的作用机制,以及中药天然药物治疗神经炎症这一新的研究热点进行综述。Neuroinflammation plays an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of neurodegenerative diseases. Under the normal physiological conditions, neuroinflammation contributes to the repair and recovery of nervous system damage, while excessive neuroinflammation will cause the injury of cells and accelerate the deterioration of neurodegenrative disease. This paper reviewed the relationship between neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases, the effect and mechanism of neuroinflammation on neurodegenerative diseases, and the treatment of neuroinflammation with traditional Chinese medicine.
