摘　　要：《材料科学基础》课程是材料学专业的一门重要的专业基础课程。根据目前教学中存在的困难和问题,结合本校材料学专业课程设置的实际情况,本文从教学内容的优化、教学手段的综合应用、课后学习与课堂讲解的相互辅助等方面探讨了该课程教学模式。强调学生自觉能动地学习,培养学生对材料科学研究和探索的兴趣,从而达到提高教学质量和学生综合学习能力的目的。Fundamentals of Materials Science is an important basic specialty course. There are some problems and difficulty in teaching. Suitable teaching methods were discussed according for the teaching contents, ways and study after classes. These were helpful for the students to take the initiative to learn this course and had more interest in materials science. The purpose to improve teaching effects and develop students＇ specialty and integration ability will be accomplished.
