摘　　要：高分子材料与工程专业是广西民族大学化学化工学院新建工科专业。通过调研广西区内高分子相关企业现状并预见未来几年的企业发展趋势与高分子专业人才需求情况。并从专业培养目标、人才培养方案、实验实践教学体系改革等方面改革广西民族大学高分子材料与工程专业人才培养模式,以培养出具有创新精神的国际型优秀专业人才。Polymer Materials and Engineering is a new engineering major in School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Guangxi University for Nationalities. The actuality of polymer related enterprises in Guangxi province was investigated and the development trend of the enterprises and talented person demand in the coming years were anticipated. Polymer Materials and Engineering major training mode was reformed through a series of ways, including training objectives, training program and experiment and practice teaching system, so as to cultivate innovative international outstanding professionals.
