摘　　要：高等教育大众化促使一些高校任课教师的授课工作十分繁重,职称评定和岗位等级晋升等需求导致高校任课教师热衷于科研和写作,这为相关任课教师的教学质量和科研成果质量提出疑问,迫切需要教学和科研相结合。本文将科研成果成功运用于《海洋浮游生物学》、《水生生物学》和《水环境修复技术》3门课程的理论和实践教学过程,教学质量明显提升;3门课程教学过程中发现的问题促成科研项目命题,并通过科研得到解决。高校任课教师教学和科研相结合是新形势下保证教学质量和科研成果质量的有效途径。Course teachers in colleges and universities will remain busy in teaching for the popularization of higher education and be keen on researching and writing for promotion of professional qualification and post grade. So, their quality of teaching and scientific research will be questioned for their business. Thus, combination of teaching and scientific research is important. On the one hand, the qualities of teaching in ＂Marine Planktology＂, ＂Hydrobiology＂, ＂Water Environmental Restoration Technology＂ were improved significantly for the successful applications of the scientific research achievements in their theory and practice teaching process; On the other hand, problems found in the teaching process of three courses resolved through scientific researches. Combination of teaching and scientific research for teachers in colleges and universities is the effective way to ensure the quality of teaching and scientific research under the new situation.
