摘　　要：融资难问题严重制约了泉州市中小民营企业的发展,甚至导致一大批企业倒闭或破产,引起各方关注。因此,政府、金融机构及泉州市中小民营企业,从多渠道、多角度解决泉州市中小民营企业融资难问题,对于促进泉州市中小民营企业发展,实现二次创业,从而继续为泉州市经济发展做出重大作用具有极其重大的意义。The financing problem has seriously restricted the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Quanzhou City, and even lead to a large number of enterprises closed down or bankruptcy, causing the parties concerned. Therefore, the government, financial institutions and Quanzhou small and medium-sized private enterprises, from the multi-channel, multi angle people Quanzhou City camp solves the small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult problem, to promote the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Quanzhou City, the realization of the two venture, which is of great significance to the economic development of Quanzhou City, make a significant role.
