阿霉素外周神经阻滞治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价阿霉素外周神经阻滞治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法:选取80例三叉神经痛患者,采取随机数字表法分为无水乙醇组与阿霉素组,各40例,对比2组患者临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及不良反应。结果:阿霉素组患者临床疗效优于无水乙醇组(P<0.05)。2组患者术后1周、1个月、6个月、1年VAS评分均较术前明显降低(P<0.01),而阿霉素组术后1周、1个月、6个月、1年VAS评分较无水乙醇组降低更加显著(P<0.01)。2组患者恶心呕吐、头晕头痛、区域麻木和复发率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿霉素外周神经阻滞治疗三叉神经痛临床疗效显著,可有效缓解疼痛,未增加不良反应,值得推广与应用。Objective： To evaluate the clinical curative efficacy of adriamycin peripheral nerve block in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： Eighty patients with trigeminal neuralgia were divided into the anhydrous ethanol group and adriamycin group using random number table method（ 40 cases each group）. The clinical efficacy,visual analog scale（ VAS） score and adverse reaction between two groups were compared. Results： The clinical curative efficacy in adriamycin group was higher than that in anhydrous ethanol group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared before operation,the VAS scores in two groups decreased significantly after 1 week,1 month,6months and 1 year of operation（ P〈0. 01）,and the decreasing degree of which in adriamycin group was significantly higher that in anhydrous ethanol group（ P〈0. 01）. The differences of the nausea and vomiting,dizziness,headache,regional numbness and recurrence rate between two groups were not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： The clinical curative efficacy of adriamycin peripheral nerve block in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia is distinct,which can relieve pain,does not increase the incidence of adverse reaction,and is worthy of popularization and application.
