摘 要:随着国内环境的日益恶化,政府针对治理空气污染PM2.5的政策频频出台,油品标准升级也越来越受到国家关注。近年来,我国油品质量升级步伐很快,但市场上高低标准油品并行现象较为普遍,油品升级困难重重。燃料乙醇既可以替代汽油,同时又是一种优良的汽油添加剂和油品高辛烷值组分,对于降低机动车排放、改善空气质量、消除雾霾天气起到了很好的作用。世界各国燃料乙醇的推广实践已经证明,汽油中添加乙醇是低成本且简单有效的油品升级之路。With the increasing deterioration of domestic environment, the government has formulated a series of policies for the control of airpollution PM2.5 and oil standards upgrading has the focus nationwide. In recent years, a great accomplishment has been made in oil productsupgrading, however, there are still low-standard oil products in the market. Fuel ethanol can replace gasoline and it is also an excellent additivein gasoline and one of the components of oil with high octane value. The use of fuel ethanol could reduce vehicle emissions, improve air quali-ty, eliminate haze weather and so on. The use experience of fuel ethanol in other countries proved that adding ethanol in gasoline is a low-cost,simple and effective way for oil products upgrading.
