摘 要:笔者以10年生壶瓶枣为试材,分析研究喷施不同外源钙剂与裂果的相关性,探讨外源钙剂对果实生长发育及品质的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,不同外源钙剂均可显著降低壶瓶枣的裂果率,显著提高壶瓶枣的单果重、可食率、含糖量和Vc含量。其中,以有机钙效果最好,平均裂果率比对照降低了64.4%,单果重、可食率、含糖量和Vc含量比对照分别提高了27.9%,3.5%,23.4%,15.3%.Correlation between different exogenous calcium agent and fruit cracking was analyzed,and effects of exogenous calcium agent on fruit growth and quality were explored with 10-year-old Huping jujube as test material. Results showed that all exogenous calcium agent could reduce fruit cracking rate and improve the fruit weight,edible rate,sugar content and Vc content significantly of Huping jujube compared with control. The effect of organic calcium was best which average fruit cracking rate was 64. 4% lower than the control and average fruit weight,edible rate,sugar content and Vc content were 27. 9%,3. 5%,23. 4,15. 3% higher than the control.
