摘 要:目的:分析护理心理学课程引入早期接触临床结合体验式教学对护理本科生共情能力及专业承诺的影响。方法:采用随机对照实验,将温州市某医学院护理本科生大一学生分为实验组及对照组,利用护理本科生专业承诺问卷、杰弗逊共情量表及教学效果评价问卷进行量化比较。结果:实验组在课程前后的共情能力总分及观点采择、情感关怀和换位思考3个分量表的得分变化均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);除专业价值认同分量表的得分变化两组学生无显著差异外,实验组专业承诺总分及专业生涯涉入意愿、专业生涯正性评价、为专业努力的意愿3个分量表的得分增加显著高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组对课程组织形式、合理性、兴趣增加、知识获得、交流合作能力及自学能力提高的评价显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:该教学模式可有效提高护理本科生共情能力、专业承诺水平及综合能力,具有良好的教学效果。Objective: To analyze the effect of early practical experience combined with experimental teaching in nursing psychology course on nursing students' empathy and professional commitment. Methods: Randomized control study design was employed to enroll undergraduate freshmen into experimental group and control group from one medical college in Wenzhou, and the professional commitment questionnaire of nursing undergraduates, Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Nursing students, and teaching effectiveness questionnaire were applied to analyze the outcome. Results: The experimental group had more improvement of the empathy total score and scores of its perspective taking, compassionate care and standing in patients' shoes subscales when compared to control group (P〈0.05) : except for the professional value identity, the improvement of professional commitment total score and its career involvement, positive evaluation of career and willing to make effort for nursing profession sub-scales were greater in experimental group (P〈0.01) ; the evaluation of course organization and rationality, as well as the self-evaluation of improvement of learning interests, self-study ability, knowledge, communication skill and cooperation ability were better in experimental group than control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: This new teaching mode can effectively improve nursing students' empathy, professional commitment level and comprehensive ability with good teaching effect.
