摘 要:目的探讨白介素17(IL-17)在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血浆与房水中的水平变化及意义。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法定量测定无糖尿病视网膜病变(NDR)组、非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变(NPDR)组、增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变(PDR)组及正常对照组血浆、房水中IL-17的水平。结果 1血浆,PDR组IL-17水平显著高于正常对照组、NDR组和NPDR组(P<0.05);NPDR组IL-17水平高于正常对照组、NDR组(P<0.05);NDR组与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2房水,PDR组IL-17水平显著高于正常对照组、NDR组和NPDR组(P<0.05);NPDR组、NDR组IL-17水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.05);NPDR组与NDR组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。NPDR组自身血浆、房水中IL-17水平两者比较,血浆>房水(P<0.05);NDR组、PDR组自身血浆、房水中IL-17水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-17参与糖尿病视网膜病变的炎症反应过程,其水平变化与糖尿病视网膜病变程度相关,IL-17在糖尿病视网膜病变发生、发展中可能发挥着重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression levels and possible roles of IL - 17 in plasma and intraocular liquid in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods The expression of IL - 17 in plasma, aqueous humor in NDR NPDR PDR and normal group were detected by ELISA. Results The expression of IL - 17 in PDR group were significantly higher than those in control group, NDR group and NPDR group(P 〈 0.05) ;The expression of IL - 17 in NPDR group were higher than those in control group,NDR group (P 〈0.05 ) ;The expression of IL- 17 in NDR group and control group was no statistically different( P 〉0.05). The expression of IL- 17 in PDR group were significantly higher than those in control group,NDR group and NPDR group(P 〈 0.05) ;The expression of IL- 17 in NPDR group and NDR group were higher than those in control group(P 〈 0.05 ) ;The expression of IL - 17 in NPDR group and NDR group was no statistically different (P 〉 0.05 ). In NPDR group, the expression of IL - 17 in plasma was higher than aqueous humor ( P 〈 0.05 ) ;The expression of IL - 17 between the plasma and aqueous humor of NDR group and PDR group was no statistically different ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion IL - 17 might be involved in the process of inflammatory response to DR. The expression of IL - 17 is related to the degree of DR. It might play a vital role in the onset and development of DR.
