摘　　要：目的通过对鸡骨草叶总生物碱的体外抗氧化活性研究,为充分利用鸡骨草资源提供理论依据。方法料液比为(g∶mL)1∶9,超声辅助功率60 W,提取时间30 min,提取2次,提取温度70℃,提取剂为70%乙醇。通过紫外-可见分光光度法测定鸡骨草叶中总生物碱的含量及其提取物清除自由基活性的能力。结果鸡骨草叶提取物中总生物碱含量为1.89 mg/g;其提取物具有一定还原Fe^(3+)的能力;对DPPH自由基活性具有较好的清除能力,样品体积为400μL时,其清除率是90%;样品体积为100μL时,清除率为85.53%。结论鸡骨草叶总生物碱有较好的抗氧化活性,其总生物碱具有一定的抗氧化活性,且抗氧化活性随着体积的增大而增强。Objective To study on the antioxidant ability of total alkaloids from the leaves of Abrus Cantoniensis Hance, to provide a theoretical basis for full use of the Abrus Cantoniensis Hance resources. Methods Solid-liquid ratio（g∶mL） 1∶9, ultrasound-assisted power 60 W, extraction time 30 min and extraction 2 times, extraction temperature70℃, extraction solvent 70% ethanol, determining the total alkaloids content of the leaves of Abrus Cantoniensis Hance and ability to clear free radicalsthg by UV visible spectrophotometric. Results Abrus Cantoniensis Hance extract contained higher total alkaloids（1.89 mg/g）, extract had stronger ability to scavenge free radicals. The clear rate was 90% when the sample volumn was 400 μL, and 85.53% when 100 μL. Conclusion The total alkaloids of Abrus Cantoniensis Hance has a good antioxidant activity, and antioxidant activity becomes enhanced with increasing volume.
