应用型药学人才培养体系在药剂实验课中的初探

摘　　要：药剂学实验课程与药剂学课程教学质量紧密相关,与学生今后从事药品使用、医院制剂、药品生产、药品质量监控等相关方面的工作有紧密联系。本次教学改革以提高学生药学综合素质为出发点,在药剂学实验课程中整合其他药学专业及药学相关专业实验内容,不仅发挥了学生的主观能动性和学习潜力,提高了学生的学习能力,达到了培养综合素质较高的应用型药学人才,也为广大药学教育工作者探索更有效的药剂学实验课程教学方法提供可借鉴之处。Pharmacy experimental course is closely related to teaching quality of pharmacy course, with students engaged in drug use in the future, hospital preparations, drug production and drug quality monitoring and related aspects of the work are closely associated. The teaching reform improves the pharmacy students comprehensive quality as a starting point, and integrates other medicine and pharmacy related professional experiment content in pharmacy experimental course, not only plays the students＇ subjective initiative and learning potential, improve the students＇ ability to learn, to the applied pharmaceutical talents of cultivating high comprehensive quality, also provides refevential for the general pharmaceutical education workers to explore more effective pharmacy experimental course teaching method.
