含庆大霉素漱口液对结肠癌患者5-Fu所致口腔溃疡的防治效果

摘　　要：目的探讨与观察含庆大霉素漱口液对结肠癌患者5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）所致口腔溃疡的防治效果。方法研究对象是78例中晚期结肠癌患者,均为2009年1月~2014年3月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院接受化疗,并且存在口腔溃疡的症状的患者,根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组,各39例,在基础治疗基础上,对照组给予口泰漱口液含漱治疗,治疗组给予由生理盐水500 m L、利多卡因200 mg、庆大霉素16万U和地塞米松10 mg配制而成的漱口液含漱治疗,两组都治疗7 d,观察两组预后情况,包括疼痛、治愈情况。结果两组治疗前的口腔溃疡分级比较差异都无统计学意义,治疗后分级都明显下降（P〈0.05）,同时治疗后治疗组的口腔溃疡分级明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后的口腔疼痛评分都呈现明显下降的趋势（P〈0.05）,同时治疗后治疗组的口腔疼痛评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后的口腔菌落数均明显下降（P〈0.05）,同时治疗后治疗组的菌落数也明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组与对照组的治愈时间分别为（5.01±0.53）、（8.09±1.23）d,同时治疗组的治疗总有效率（100.0%）明显高于对照组（84.6%）（P〈0.05）。结论含庆大霉素漱口液治疗结肠癌患者5-氟尿嘧啶所致口腔溃疡能有效发挥抗菌与镇痛的作用,从而加快溃疡的愈合,提高总体治疗效果。Objective To explore and observe the prevention effect of gentamicin-containing mouthwash for patients with 5-fluorouracil（5-Fu） induced colon cancer on mouth ulcers. Methods 78 patients with 5-Fu induced colon cancer on mouth ulcers from January 2009 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected and were equally divided into treatment group and control group of 39 patients based on a random draw, on the basis of treatment, the control group were given Koutai gargle mouthwash treatment, the treatment group were received the containing saline 500 m L, lidocaine 200 mg, gentamicin 160 000 U and dexamethasone 10 mg formulated gargle mouthwash treatment, two groups were treated for 7 days. The prognosis of the two groups was observed taht included pain, cure situation. Results The oral ulcers graded compared between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant and were significantly decreased after treatment（P〈0.05）, while the oral ulcers graded in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the oral pain scores were showed clear downward trend（P〈0.05）, while the oral pain scores in the treatment group oral were significantly lower than the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the oral number of colonies were showed clear downward trend（P〈0.05）, while the oral number of colonies in the treatment group oral were significantly lower than the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）. The healing time in treatment group and the control group were（5.01±0.53）,（8.09 ± 1.23） days, while the treatment group total effective rate（100.0%） were significantly higher than the control group（84.6%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gentamicin-containing mouthwash for patients with 5-Fu induced colon cancer on mouth ulcers can play an effective role antibacterial and analgesic, which increase ulcer healing and improve overall treatment effect.
