摘　　要：针对面向订单生产和市场预测型的工厂,从生产实践中提炼出按5年内多种产品共线生产的平均产能,逐个机型、逐台设备、逐个工位进行负荷调整,满足生产直线率;制定并执行改进策略,弥补企业在产能评估方面存在的不足.Based on the order oriented production and market forecasting, this paper adjusts the load of each machine type, each equipment and each working station according to the average productivity of various products produced by the collineation of 5 years to meet production rate of a straight line and takes corresponding improvement strategy to solve the existing problems of capacity evaluation of current companies.
