摘　　要：目的:探讨320排CT血管成像在下肢软组织肿瘤术前评估中的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月至2015年3月32例疑诊下肢软组织肿瘤患者临床资料,采用容积重建(volume rendering,VR)、最大密度投影(maximum intensity projection,MIP)、多平面重建(multi-planar reconstruction,MPR)、表面遮盖(surface shaded display,SSD)等后处理技术,分析肿瘤形态学及血供特点。结果:共检出肿瘤32个,其中恶性肿瘤6例(18.75%),良性肿瘤26例(81.25%);肿块边界清楚24例,与周围结构分界不清8例。轻度或无强化病灶共12例,中-重度强化病灶20例,其中8例发现粗大供血动脉。结论:320排CT血管成像具有时间和空间分辨力高的特点及丰富的后处理功能,可提供肿瘤的形态特征、浸润范围及血供信息,对术前评估及制订手术方案具有重大指导意义。Objective To explore the clinical value of preoperative assessment with 320-slice CT angiography in preoperative assessment of lower extremity soft tissue tumors.Methods Totally 32 lower extremity soft tissue tumor patients were retrospective analyzed from January 2013 to March 2015,and such postprocessing techniques were used to study tumor morphology and blood supply as volume rendering（VR）,maximum intensity projection（MIP）,multi-planar reconstruction（MPR） and surface shaded display（SSD）.Results A total of 32 masses were detected,including 26 benign ones and 6malignant ones.The margins of the tumors were clear（n=24） or ill-defined（n=8） with surrounding tissues.The tumors had mild or none enhancement in 12 patients,moderate or severe enhancement in 20 ones,and large supplying arteries in 8 ones.Conclusion 320-slice CT angiography has highly time and spatial resolution features and abundant post-processing techniques provides vital information such as morphology and relations with the adjacent vessels and tissues,which is important for preoperative evaluation and plan preparation.
