摘 要:恐怖袭击会对遭袭人群及周边相关人群造成强烈的心理冲击。美国911恐怖袭击事件发生后,现场亲历者、罹难者家属、各类救援人员遭受的心理冲击最为严重。911事件亲历者大都会出现应激相关症状,警觉性增高、失眠、回避最为常见;心理危机干预的重点是稳定心理创伤者的情绪、正常化其心理危机反应、消除非现实感、协助寻找社会支持和资源。Terrorist attack would cause intensively psychological impact to individuals who directly or indirectly exposed to the attack. After the September 11,2001 terrorist attack in US, individuals directly exposed to the attack, family members of the victims, aid workers for the attack were impacted most seriously. Almost all the individuals who exposed to the terrorist attack experienced stress-related psychiatric symptoms. The most commonly experienced symptoms were hyper vigilance, insomnia, and avoidance. Psychological first aids focused on stabilizing emotion, normalizing stress symptoms, recovering from feeling of unreality, and assisting in seeking for social supports and resources for the individuals distressed by the September 11 terrorist attack.
