摘 要:目的 分析牙列缺损、义齿修复与缺血性脑卒中的相关性,为临床防治脑卒中提供参考。方法 选取100例缺血性脑卒中患者为试验观察组,同期选取100例健康人为对照组;比较两组口腔状况、缺牙情况、义齿修复及无功能咬合情况。结果 口腔状况:观察组患者缺牙数、牙周炎患病率均明显高于对照组[(7.05±0.85vs 2.85±0.32),68.00%vs 38.00%](t/χ^2=18.065~46.243,P〈0.05);缺牙情况:观察组牙列完整15.00%明显低于对照组39.00%,复杂牙列缺失69.00%明显高于对照组37.00%(χ^2=14.612~20.554,P〈0.05);义齿修复情况:两组未修复、活动义齿修复、固定义齿修复、活动+固定义齿修复、部分修复比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.234~1.706,P〉0.05);无功能咬合单位情况:观察组完整功能咬合34.00%明显低于对照组58.00%,复杂无功能咬合28.00%明显高于对照组7.00%(χ^2=11.594~15.273,P〉0.05)。结论 缺血性脑卒中患者牙列损失情况、复杂牙列缺失、复杂牙无功能咬合均明显高于正常人,与缺血性脑卒中存在一定的相关性。Objective To analize the correlation of tooth loss, prosthodontics with ischemic stroke, as a reference for clinical prevention and treatment of stroke. Methods 100 patients with ischemic stroke were selected as observation group and 100 healthy people were selected to be control group. The oral condition, missing teeth, prosthodontics, unfunction biting units were compared between the two groups. Results Tooth missing and periodontal disease of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group [(7.05±0.85 vs 2.85±0.32), 68.00% vs 38.00%] (t/χ^2= 18. 065 -46. 243, P〈0.05). The rate of dentition integrity of observation group (15.00%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (39.00%). The dental complex column loss of observation group (69.00%) were significantly higher than that of the control group (37.00 % ) (χ^2 = 14.612 - 20.554, P〈0.05). There were no statistically difference of denture repair, activities denture repair, fixed denture repair, activities denture+ fixed denture repair, partial repair between the two groups (χ^2 = 0. 234-1. 706, P〉0.05). The complete functional occlusal of observation group (34.00%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (58.00%). The complex unfunction bite of observation group (28.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (7.00 %) (χ^2 = 11. 594 - 15. 273, P 〉0.05). Conclusion Ischemic stroke patients with the tooth loss, complex with missing teeth and complex unfunction bite of ischemic stroke patient were significantly higher than that of normal people, which may have a certain correlation with ischemic stroke.
