摘  要:目的:运用电子鼻探讨慢性胃炎患者及其常见病位间口腔呼气的气味图谱特征。方法:选择618例慢性胃炎患者和120名健康者,运用基于阵列式气体传感器技术的医用电子鼻采集口腔呼气的气味图谱,采用证素辨证方法分析慢性胃炎的常见病位,借助支持向量分类机的方法识别慢性胃炎患者和健康者的气味图谱特征,同时选择气味图谱响应曲线的振幅和斜率作为图谱特征参数,比较慢性胃炎常见病位间的气味图谱特征。结果:1选择高斯核对慢性胃炎患者和健康者的气味图谱特征的识别准确率高达88.53%。2响应曲线的振幅特征比较:慢性胃炎患者病位肝组的气味图谱响应曲线B、C、D、E、F、I、J的振幅显著高于病位胃组(P<0.01),病位肝组的气味图谱响应曲线E、F、I、J的振幅高于病位脾组(P<0.05)。3响应曲线的斜率特征比较:慢性胃炎患者病位肝组的气味图谱响应曲线A、B、C、D、E、F、I的斜率显著高于病位胃组(P<0.01),病位肝组的气味图谱响应曲线A、E、F、I的斜率高于病位脾组(P<0.05)。结论:运用电子鼻可以较准确地识别慢性胃炎患者口腔呼气的气味特征,并能初步判断慢性胃炎常见病位间的气味差异。Objective: To explore the odor response patterns characteristics of chronic gastritis(CG) based on differentiation of syndrome elements by electronic nose. Methods: Six hundred and eighteen cases of patients with CG and 120 healthy volunteers were included into this study. The exhalation odor response patterns characteristics were recorded by medical electronic nose that was based on array gas sensor technology. The differentiation of syndrome elements was used to analyze common disease location of CG. The odor response pattern characteristics were recognized by the support vector classification, and then its amplitude and slope were selected as the parameters to compare the difference between CG patients and healthy volunteers. Results: 1The support vector classification effectively recognized the odor response pattern characteristics, with 88.53% of accuracy rate. 2The results of the amplitude showed that the odor response pattern curves B, C, D, E, F, I and J in the liver was significantly higher than that in the stomach(P〈0.01), and the odor response pattern curves E, F, I and J in the liver was higher than that in the spleen(P〈0.05). 3The results of the slope demonstrated that the odor response pattern curves A, B, C, D, E, F and I in the liver was significantly higher than that in the stomach(P〈0.01), and the odor response pattern curves A, E, F and Iin the liver was higher than that in the spleen(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Electronic nose could recognize the exhalation odor response patterns characteristics of CG patients, and therefore identify the differences among the varied disease locations.
