官庄花猪与莆田黑猪胴体品质的比较

摘　　要：对饲养的50头处于生长肥育阶段的官庄花猪于进行体尺测量和屠宰测定,在平均68.50±8.56 kg的体重下,其屠宰率为66.44±1.66%。运用SPASS软件对两个品种猪的屠宰率进行单因素方差分析,结果(P=0.836>0.05)表明,官庄花猪与莆田黑猪的屠宰率水平差异性不显著。通过屠宰率及其他屠宰性状的两相比较表明,在体重远不及的情况下,官庄花猪的胴体重较莆田黑猪重,胴体品质较莆田黑猪好。According to the result of body measurement and slaughter test of the 50 Guanzhuang spotted finishing pig , we know that the slaughter rate will be 66.44±1.66%, if their average weight is 68.50±8.56 kg. It shows that there is just little difference between the slaughter rate of Guanzhuang spotted pig and Putian black pig by the result （P= 0.836〉0.05） of single factor analysis of slaughter rate using SPASS software . Nevertheless, the slaughter rate and other slaughter characteristics show that the Guanzhuang Spotted pig is heavier than Putian black pig and the quality is better if there is great difference between their weight.
