摘　　要：在第四届《中国学术期刊评价研究报告（武大版）（2015—2016）》中，《医学综述》被评为“RCCSE中国核心学术期刊（A-）”。Thrombospondins（TSPs） are important matricellular glycoproteins. The TSP family consists of 5 members ,TSP-1 ,TSP-2 ,TSP-3 ,TSP-4 and COMP/TSP-5. TSP-1 is secreted by a variety types of cells such as platelet alpha granule, fibroblast and endothelial cell,which is found to play a variety of biological roles in pathological and physiological conditions. TSP-1 can inhibit the proliferation and migration of vascular endothelial cells, promote platelet activation and aggregation, and is closely related with the occurrence and development of many kinds of diseases. Recently, the role of TSP-1 in a variety of kidney diseases has attracted increasing attention.
