摘　　要：目的:探讨人骨髓间充质干细胞(h BMSCs)向HCC827肺腺癌皮下移植瘤组织内迁移,研究其对肿瘤生长的影响。方法:20只Balb/C裸鼠均分为细胞组和对照组,构建HCC827肺腺癌皮下移植瘤,成瘤后,细胞组尾静脉注射5-溴氮脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(Brd U)标记的h BMSCs,对照组尾静脉输入等量生理盐水。观察h BMSCs对肿瘤生长的影响。免疫组化检测移植瘤组织中Brd U表达情况。结果:细胞组肿瘤间质内可检测到Brd U标记的h BMSCs的表达,且在血管壁可见大量h BMSCs黏附,对照组未见明显阳性染色。细胞组和对照组肿瘤体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经静脉输入的h BMSCs能趋化迁移至HCC827肺癌移植瘤间质内,但对肿瘤生长无明显影响。Objective：To investigate human Bone Mesenchymnal Stern Cells （hBMSCs） homing to HCC827 human lung adenocarcinoma subcutaneous tumor, to further study the effects of hBMSCs on the growth of tumor. Methods：Animals were divided into two groups ,BrdU -labeled hBMSCs were injected into the bearing HCC827 lung adenocaecinoma Balb/C mice via tail vein,and the ccontrol group were given normal saline of the quantity. Obversing the effects of hBMSCs on the growth of xenograft tumor. Immunohistochemical analyses were performed to detect the expression of BrdU. Results ： BrdU - labeled hBM- SC can be detected in the stromal of the xenograft tumor and adhesion on tumor vessel walls, but hBMSCs had no significance effects on the volume of subcutaneous sarcoma（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： BrdU - labeled hBMSCs injected through tail vein can migrate to tumor, but had no obvious effects on the growth of tumor.
