摘　　要：目的:评价中医综合治疗方案对轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法:按照多中心、随机、对照研究设计,将6个临床中心144例轻中度UC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予中医综合治疗,对照组轻症予口服美沙拉嗪和(或)灌肠治疗,中度UC加用激素治疗。结果:中医治疗对UC主要症状腹泻、腹痛、里急后重的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),对轻度UC的症状总积分改善及证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),中度UC组中西医疗效对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:中医综合治疗可显著改善UC主要症状,对轻症UC的疗效较西医更好。Objective ： To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment on mild and mod- erate ulcerative colitis.（UC）. Methods ： A multi - central, randomized - controlled designed study was carried out. Totally 144 patients with mild to moderate UC from six clinical centers were randomized into study group and control group. The study group received the traditional Chinese medical comprehensive therapy . The mild cases in control group received Mesalazine Enteric Coated Tablets for oral - taking and （or） for enema and the moderate cases were additionally treated with prednison for oral - taking. Results ： The improvement of the main symptoms of UC including diarrhea, abdominal pain and tenesmus in the study group was better than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05 ） and the improvement of the total symptom score and syndrome effects of mild UC were better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The moderate UC improvement between two groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment could significantly improve the main symptoms of UC patients and the efficacy on mild UC was better than the Western medicine therapy.
