摘　　要：目的：测定不同月份女贞子中矿物元素含量比较其积累变化;方法：采用混合酸湿法消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱仪测定样品中矿物元素含量;结果：不同月份女贞子中Mn、Zn、Mg、Cu、Ca元素的积累变化曲线不同,样品中未检测出Cr元素;采用湿法消解处理样品消解彻底,火焰原子吸收光谱测定矿物元素简便快速、含量准确,加标回收率在95%~105%之间,精密度RSD〈3.35;结论：本项研究结果对女贞子适时采摘和临床应用提供参考数据。Objective： To determine mineral elements in ligustri lucidi fructus from different months and compare the accumulation changes. Methods： Using mixed acid wet digestion sample,the mineral elements in the samples were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometer. Results： The accumulation curve of Mn,Zn,Mg,Cu,Ca elements in ligustri lucidi fructus from different months was different,bud Cr was not detected. Using wet digestion process sample,digestion completely,flame atomic absorption spectrometry is simple rapid and mineral elements content is accurate. Standard addition recovery is 95%- 105%,the RSD of precision is 〈3.35. Conclusion： The results provide the reference data for harvest period and Clinical application of ligustri lucidi fructus.
