摘　　要：结合本科生物信息学课程的特点,从本科生物信息学课程的教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方面对提高教学质量和改善教学效果进行了初步探索与实践。Combined with the characteristics of bioinformatics course, this paper explores and practice methods to improve the teaching quality and perfect the teaching effectiveness from the perspective of the teaching contents,teaching methods and assessment methods of undergraduate bioinformatics course.
