摘　　要：花椒(Zanthoxylunm bungeanum Maxim.)为芸香科花椒属植物,是一种重要的食用调味品、中药材、香料及木本油料树种,也是一种经济效益和生态效益兼顾的优良树种。文章汇总了近年来花椒的研究概况,细分花椒研究各领域成果,并结合实际提出花椒研究现存问题,为花椒的进一步研究做参考和理论依据。Pepper （Zanthoxylunm bungeanum Maxim.） for Rutaceae Zanthoxylum, is a kind of important edible seasoning, herb, spice and woody oil species, it is also an excellent species with economic benefit and ecological benefit. Summarize the research status of pepper in recent years; subdivide the research results of pepper in various fields, propose the existing problems of pepper research combining with the practice, which has provided references and theoretical basis for the further study of Chinese prickly ash.
