摘 要:2004年至今,按照教育部五年一轮的评估要求,高等职业院校人才培养工作评估已进入第三轮。以安徽省高职评估实践和数据为切入点,发现高职评估在促进办学条件达标、规范教学管理、提高教学质量等方面发挥了重大作用,但仍存在评估导向作用发挥不充分、指标过于统一、主客体关系尚未理顺、专家队伍不够优化、长效机制不健全等问题。必须从坚持质量为本,实施分类评估,引导高校特色发展;强化高校评估主体地位;优化评估专家队伍;建立整改回访评估长效机制;加强评估文化建设等方面改进。From 2004 on,the evaluation of personnel training in higher vocational colleges has entered the third round in accordance with the requirement of once in five-year's evaluation.Based on the evaluation practice and data of higher vocational colleges in Anhui province,the result proves that the evaluation of personnel training plays an important role in promoting school conditions to reach the standard,teaching management standards,and improving teaching quality,etc.However,there are still some problems as followings:evaluation cannot be fully understood by colleges; the evaluation index is too uniform; the relationship of evaluation between the subject and object has not yet been straightened out; evaluation team should be optimized; the long-term mechanism of evaluation is not perfect.Therefore,reflection and improvement need to be fulfilled as followings:to guide the development of colleges' connotation,qualityoriented should be insisted; to promote the development of colleges' characteristics,classification evaluation needs implementing; to strengthen the subject status of colleges,decentralization should be explored; to optimize evaluation team,multiple participation needs to be realized; long-term evaluation mechanism needs to be established,rectification and return visits should be emphasized; to strengthen cultural construction of evaluation,work style need to be improved.
