摘　　要：现代农业运营体系中,政府、农民自治组织、涉农企业(涉农机构)、农户等共同构成新型职业农民知识分享空间的参与主体,分别承担向农民转移现代农业的公共知识、准公共知识、私人知识的角色职能。这些参与主体可以有以下组织结构形式:政府+农户、涉农企业(涉农机构)+农户、农民自治组织+涉农企业(涉农机构)+农户、政府+农民自治组织+涉农企业(涉农机构)+农户;该平台的运行机制有两种:行政配置机制和市场交易机制;该平台的维系机制主要有两种:知识链维系机制、学习和实践共同体维系机制。推动该平台的应用,需要多元参与主体共建知识组织体系,多种知识转移方式有机综合集成,全过程全范围知识收集分享。In modern agricultural management system, the government, farmer autonomous organizations, agricultural enterprise（mechanism） and farmer families are main bodies which respectively makes the role of transforming public knowledge, quasi-public knowledge and private knowledge to farmers. There are four types of organization structures as the follows： agricnltural enterprise（mechanism）＋farmer family, peasant autonomous organization＋agricultural enterprise（mechanism）＋farmer family, government＋agricultural enterprise（mechanism）＋farmer family. And on the space, there are two types of operation patterns： administrative allocation mode and market transaction mode. And there are two types of mechanisms to maintain it：the mechanism of knowledge flow in agricultural management system, the mechanism of community of learn and practice in agricultural management system. To promote the application of the space, it is necessary to build a knowledge organization system to realize the whole process of knowledge sharing.
