山区重载小半径曲线钢轨磨耗试验研究

摘  要:朔黄铁路横跨晋、冀两省,穿越吕梁、太行两大山区,沿滹沱河谷地向东走行,沿线地形复杂,铁路路基高填深挖、桥隧相连、曲线多、半径小、坡度大。以往山区的线路上大多是存在很多接头的普通线路,接头维修与养护成本很高。所以在山区铁路中取消钢轨接头,铺设无缝线路,对于节约成本,减少养护维修工作量具有重要意义。朔黄线铁路从2005年5月尝试铺设无缝线路,虽然降低了接头的成本,但是随之而来的小半径曲线地段钢轨病害发展严重。对朔黄铁路无缝线路的病害进行了观察、检测以及试处理实验研究。Shuohuang Railway runs through two provinces---Shanxi and Hebei and two mountainous areas---Lvliang and Taihang, travels east along the Hutuohe River. Due to the geographic complexity, the railway roadbed meets the problems of high-fill and deep-cut, bridges connecting tunnels, a lot of curves with small radius and steep slopes. In the past, most of the lines in mountainous areas have a lot of common jointed railroads, which leads to high costs in repair and maintenance. So it is significant to cancel the jointed sections on railroads and use CWR, which saves costs and reduces maintenance and repair work. From June 2005, Shuohuang Railway tried building CWR. Though it saved the costs of joints, some rails with small radius developed serious problems. This paper brings investigation and testing to those problems and makes experimental study on the solutions.
