摘 要:为减少节能赛车在转弯过程中的能耗,通过阿克曼转向原理确定节能赛车转向轮之间的转角关系并理论计算转向梯形机构的几何尺寸。利用MATLAB软件对转向梯形参数臂长和底角值进行优化,从而得出拟合较好的曲线图和数据,再用ADAMS软件进行三维仿真优化,从而选取与实际最接近的优化值。应用MATLAB数据优化和ADAMS三维仿真优化进而最大程度地减小误差,并得出最佳转向梯形参数臂长m和底角θ的值。To reduce the energy consumption of energy-saving car during cornered, first of all, the steering angles' relationship of the car's steering wheel is determined by virtue of the Ackerman steering principle, and the trapezoidal meebanism's geo- metric dimension parameters are calculated, which are the arm length of it and the base angle of it theoretically. Using MATLAB software, the parameters of steering trapezoid arm and the value of base angle are optimized so as to get better fitting curve and data. Moreover, using ADAMS software, a 3D simulation optimization is made and the value which is the most closet to the opti- mal value is selected. By applying MATLAB data optimization and ADAMS 3D dimension simulation optimization, the error can be decreased to a maximum extent and the best value of the arm length and the base angle can be got for steering trapezoidal mechanism.
