摘　　要：文章分析了现阶段我国农村实用人才培养存在的难以开展集中培养、缺乏针对性和可操作性、师资队伍不完善等问题,借鉴了国外农民培养的多样化、多元化、多层次、灵活及针对性强、制度完善等启示,提出了我国农村连锁经营实用人才培养策略。The paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of rural practical talents of China from cultivation model, training content and teaching staff. Based on other countries＇ experience of cultivating farmers, it puts forward cultivation strategy of rural chain management talents in China.
