摘　　要：目的通过检测鼻咽癌组织中的EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白1(EBV-LMP1)表达水平,探讨其与鼻咽癌发病的关系及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测405例鼻咽癌患者鼻咽组织EB病毒EBV-LMP1表达情况,以105例鼻咽炎患者作为对照,分析EB病毒EBV-LMP1在不同鼻咽疾病及其在不同鼻咽癌病理类型、性别及年龄的表达情况。结果鼻咽癌患者EBV-LMP1阳性率为36.05%,而鼻咽炎患者阳性率为14.29%,EBV-LMP1在不同病理类型、性别及年龄的鼻咽癌患者中的表达无明显差异。结论鼻咽组织EBV-LMP1感染与鼻咽癌有一定的相关。Objective Through detecting the expression of EB virus-LMP1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue, to explore its relationship with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Using immunohistochemical method to detect nasopharyngeal tissue EB virus-LMP1 expression in 405 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）,compared with 105 patients with nasopharyngitis, to analyze the expression of EB virus-LMP1 in the different nasopharyngeal disease and different pathological type, gender, age in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Results The positive rate of EB virus-LMP1 in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） was 36.05%, while it was 14.29% in nasopharyngitis patients. The expression of EB virus-LMP1 in different pathological type, gender and age of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients（NPC）showed no significant difference.Conclusion There is a certain correlation between EB virus-LMP1 infection in nasopharyngeal tissues and nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.
